Shipping & Returns

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Where this is the case, we will state so on the product description.

UK

  • Courier - £3.10
    Courier delivery between 4 - 7 days. Please note this is not guarenteed. 
  • Recorded Delivery - £5.50.
    Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.  Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class packages on the next working day.  Someone needs to be available to sign for these packages.  
  • UK Special Delivery - £7.50.
    Guaranteed to be delivered the next working day so long as your order reaches us by 2pm. 
Europe
 
  • Royal Mail Airmail - £3.20 per item
    Royal Mail aim to deliver Airmail packages to European destinations within 3 working days, although it can take up to 20 working days.  Please note that standard Airmail is not tracked.
  • Royal Mail Airsure - £10.50 per item
    Priority handling. Packages can be tracked and are eligible for up to £500 compensation in the event of loss.  Do check Airsure is available for your country. If you select this option and Airsure isn't available for your country, your package will be sent by Royal Mail's International Signed For service, which requires a someone to sign for it.
International
 
  • Royal Mail Airmail - £6 per item 
    Royal Mail aim to deliver Airmail packages to International destinations within 5 working days, although it can take up to 25 working days.
  • Royal Mail Airsure - £11.50 per item
    Priority handling. Packages can be tracked and are eligible for up to £500 compensation in the event of loss.  Do check Airsure is available for your country. If you select this option and Airsure isn't available for your country, your package will be sent by Royal Mail's International Signed For service, which requires a someone to sign for it.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Else, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

We aim to refund you as quickly as possible but please be aware we will not be able to refund you until we have received the products returned to us. It normally takes a day or two for your return to get to us, a day for us to process your return and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days - yes it really is that varied).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you would like to exchange for a smaller/larger size, just let us know and we will happily do so as long as the item is in new condition, unworn and with original packaging.

Lost Parcels

We can't be held responsible for any parcels that get lost in the post, although we will do all we can to help. This is a very rare occurance. 

For UK parcels Royal Mail doesn not consider them officialy lost for 25 days. For overseas parcels this varies depending on the location. 

Shipping Promo Codes 

From time to time we run free shipping promotions. When you use these your package will be sent first class mail or standard airmail regardless of the options you have chosen at checkout. If you would like your package sent by recorded mail, airsure or any other service, please contact us to arrange the additional payment as soon as you have placed your order.
